美兆文化事業股份有限公司成立於1989年，旗下兩本雜誌，分別是創刊於1989年的室內雜誌(INTERIOR)與1997年創刊的建築雜誌(Dialogue)。除了雜誌，亦出版專書與建築設計文化專案活動企畫事項。

MJ Publishing Co., LTD was founded in 1989. Two major magazines, Interior and Dialogue were published in 1989 and in 1997 respectively. Other than magazines, the company also published books and conducted projects relating to architectural design and cultural activities.
