美兆文化事業股份有限公司成立於1989年，旗下兩本雜誌，分別是創刊於1989年的室內雜誌(INTERIOR)與1997年創刊的建築雜誌(Dialogue)。除了雜誌，亦出版專書與建築設計文化專案活動企畫事項。
