美兆文化事業股份有限公司成立於1989年，旗下兩本雜誌，分別是創刊於1989年的室內雜誌(INTERIOR)與1997年創刊的建築雜誌(Dialogue)。除了雜誌，亦出版專書與建築設計文化專案活動企畫事項。

《安邸AD》仅是一本家居设计杂志。“安”是安心、舒心的意思；而“邸”在中文中指人们常说的府邸宅邸，不仅有豪宅的意思，更包括丰富的人文内涵。所以更确切地说，《安邸AD》是有关家和生活方式的杂志。

「商店建筑」是由日本「商店建筑社」出版的定期刊物，自1956年（昭和30年）创刊以来，走过了近半个世纪而始终是同类型刊物的翘楚。
